"We recently became empty nesters and decided to move from East Cobb to a Midtown condo. We always had admired the Mayfair Renaissance on 14th from afar. While biking and looking around in Midtown one day, we decided to venture into the Renaissance and look around. There right off of the lobby, we met Rich Zeglovitch, a Harry Norman Realtor. Rich has an office in the Mayfair Renaissance lobby, named Space InTown. Even though it was closing time, Rich was warm, friendly, and enthusiastic about answering our questions. Rich is an excellent listener, and he asks the right questions to understand what a buyer needs and wants. He promised to send us information about all of the listings in the area that may interest us. When we arrived home, a full list of potential homes was waiting. We went out and looked at some properties with him, and every property could have been a potential home for us. He hit the nail on the head with each property. He steered us away from properties that did not have what we wanted or properties that were not advantageous. As most know, the market in Midtown is extremely competitive. Rich has a deep and wide network of friends and professional contacts who let him know about properties before they go on the market. Rich would call us and say this property is going on the market on this date and here are the details. Often, we would drive down as soon as he called us. We purchased our condo before it hit the market. Rich saved us hours with our search. In addition to helping us find an amazing condo with a view of Piedmont Park, Rich came to our home in East Cobb and offered suggestions for staging the property. He also helped us with the condo closing. Rich has continued to guide us as we renovate our new home. His design talents are impeccable. Rich closed our deal with a lovely bottle of wine and a membership to the Botanical Gardens. He is a do-it-right class act. I cannot say enough good about Rich. He is knowledgeable about the Atlanta market. He understands the details about single-family homes, condos, and even rental properties at all levels of pricing. He knows what construction projects are planned for areas, and he even knows where projects are in the process of attaining permits, etc. Moreover, Rich is technologically savvy, which made paperwork processes efficient. "Buyer or seller, look no further. You have found your trusted Realtor. The only problem with this review is that it might sound like its too good to be true, but trust me, its not. I have purchased seven properties (two as co-buyer) so far in my life and I can honestly say that Rich is the very best that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I'm a former Realtor myself. I live in Washington, DC and wanted to purchase a home in the Atlanta area so I reached out to Rich who was friends of friends on Facebook, and he responded right away, even though he had never met me. In fact for three and a half months Rich and I never met but you would never know it based on the personal way he devoted his time and responses to my property search. After receiving my checklist of what I was looking for, Rich quickly set up an MLS daily search. We talked by phone about some of the nuances of items on my checklist and the overall perfect property for me. I inquired about new and lingering properties almost daily and Rich responded quickly and professionally, cautiously guiding me within the lines of the current market and setting appropriate expectations. And almost everyday for three and a half months he would go and look at properties for me and send me photos and videos along with his impressions, professional insights, and recommendations. When we finally met right after the inspection I was just as impressed by him in person as I was long distance. He skillfully steered negotiations, followed up on all issues, and managed the process so impressively that I didn't feel like I even needed to be in Atlanta for the closing. Rich handled all the items of concern on my behalf. And it didn't stop there. I'm still in DC and managing the property from here. When an issue arouse at the house four months after closing, Rich stopped what he was doing, went to the house, and took care of the problem himself.
